Q: Activitate iPhone

I just recently updated my IOS to 9.3 After completion of the upgrade my password is required to activate this device. Reason being the owner has used Find My iPhone to link it to their Apple ID. Now the problem is I forgot everything, from Apple ID to password used to set up iCloud.

HELP PLEASE!

thanks a mil . Quick one I tried the instructions and confirmed my ID. But now when I try to activate it using the correct ID, I get a pop up message saying I cannot use the ID as it is incorrect to unlock this iPhone.

Any suggestions?

If your device is second hand you need to contact the seller and ask him to remove this iPhone from his list of devices. Otherwise, your iPhone will be a useless brick.
