Q: i forget my apple id and password

I would like to inform you  I buy a new I phone 6 and I used this I phone for three or four month after something happen in my mobile after that I need logging in my phone but no use because I forget my apple id and password for that I don't know how to open it so please I need you to help me to open my I phone and used again .........thank you
