iPad mini 9.3 HELP !!!

Hi ! I updated my iPad mini (first gen.-only wi-fi) from 9.2.1 to 9.3..... 2 days ago.But when i tried to open the ipad he asked me the id apple and password to activate.Of course he did'n accepted no id or pass...or evrithing i tried.It appears in itunes something like (1.....@qq.com).My ipad was buyed legaly from Flanco store (Brasov-Romania) in 27 april 2013.I have the receipe and guarranty certificate.I don't know what i have to do because that device is unusable now.(excuse my english write !!!)

If you have access to an Apple Store or reseller, take the device, an ID, and proof of purchase to get help fixing it.

I will try that , even in Romania still not exist an Appstore Apple , just reseller.Thank you Eric Root.

so i talk to reseller from Romania but they send me to make a call to Apple support America.Have to speak there and my english is not verry well.....I will see...

hi everyone! I am so dissapointed about Apple !!!It's pass about a mounth and they are so uncare about people problems.I have an ipad mini first generation from about three years and now when i made update from 9.3 to 9.2.1 OTA they asked me activation.WHY ???All the other device was apdated all togheter ok without problem.In this case somebody from China (i thing) associated my yahoo adress with a strange adress like: 1.....qq.com and from that reason i cannot activate my ipad mini.I send to Apple.com all the documents they asked me....all in original , and after 2 weeks they ask me again and again the seame papers whith i send it over.I still don't understand nothing and i don't know what i have to do or going because in Romania is not an Appstore yet.DISSAPOINT TOTALLY !!!!!
