I have music already purchased I wish to share with my Family. Can I do this

I Have complete Albums in Mymusic that I wish to share with my Family member. Obviously, she has a different Apple-ID. Can I do this. I do note both my IPad and IPhone has the same music, because, I assume, the same Apple-ID is defined. Can I do this?
