I just did the mandatory update to El Capitan Version 10.11.4, my System now says I have no Bluetooth hardware available, all Bluetooth hardware and services have disappeared due to his update. Any ideas please have to rectify?

I had the same issue yesterday after updating. I fixed it by resetting NVRAM as described here: How to Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support
The only problem is: You will need a wired keyboard 😉

Thank you for your help, it worked a treat first time around.
For me interestingly, switching off MacID and two restarts (yes, two; the first one, didn't) helped.
