Apple compatible tiny zoomable camera with adjustable angle

I have low vision and have trouble seeing presentations on the screen when I'm in conferences or in group meetings. I am currently using an application called Eye Glasses on my iPad for this purpose but the problem is that I need to turn its screen very much toward myself to be able to focus on the presentation (which is usually shown on a screen located on the top of the wall).

I am now looking for a camera that I can mount on my macbook or on my iPad with the following characteristics:

- It must be tiny so it doesn't catch the attention of the presenter or people who are sitting around me (most presenters are not comfortable with being on a camera)

- It must be zoomable so I can zoom in depending on my distance from the screen

- It must has an adjustable angle (title capability) so I can turn it up and down to focus on the screen depending on where I am located (vertically) with respect to the screen.

I need to emphasize that I don't need to record the presentation. Just seeing the screen would be more than enough for me.

Any ideas as to what options I may have?

A document camera may work, depending on the specifics of the camera. I have not tried a document camera for distance viewing, so I do not have any first hand experience with them.http://www.ipevo.com/howto/post/helping-visually-impaired-students-ipevo-doc-cam

Another possible solution would be a portable CCTV, although they are more expensive and noticeable.
