Q: Apple ID Locked... unable to reset URGENT PLEASE HELP ANYONE???

Hello everyone,

So I just updated my iphone5 to the newest IOS and after that it required me to activate my phone. But my "FIND MY IPHONE" was enabled, so my apple id account was blocked for security reasons. I went to reset my ID to unlock it but it required me to verify my birthday or  they can send a verification link to my email ending @me.com (which is icloud email).

For the first option, I went to log in to the icloud email and it said my apple id is locked and wants me to reset it... So why did the solution for unlocking my iphone be sending a verification link to my icloud email which is also locked??? Doesnt make any sense

The second option was worst, needed my birth date, I entered and it said that it was incorrect...

Now I cant activate my Iphone any more solutions??

(This is another apple id I created to request help)

iPhone 5, null

    Hey!

Were you unable to verify your birthday correctly? If you choose the option to answer your security questions it will first direct you to verify your birthday followed by asking you to answer your security questions. If you complete both of these steps correctly you should be able to reset your password and unlock your Apple ID without having to go through your e-mail.

If this isn't the case, go to http://getsupport.apple.com and follow the prompts for "Apple ID" to connect with AppleCare Advisor who'd be able to help you out further.

    Greetings fattestape,

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities!

I understand that after updating your iPhone to iOS 9.3, your current Apple ID and password are not working to activate your device. In some cases, the hint that you see on the Activate iPhone screen may not match your current Apple ID.

We know that this situation can be frustrating, but we’re here to help. To troubleshoot this situation and work towards resolving it, please read over and follow the steps from the following article.

Logging in to icloud.com to reset my account is already impossible... It says that my account is locked and wants me to go to iforgot.com to reset it. But the options to reset are "sending an email to my icloud" and "Verify your birthdate" which when i verify it, it says incorrect...
