IPS Attack

I tried accessing this one particular website and i get the following error message...IPS Attack....An attack was detected, originating from your system. Please contact the system administrator......Does anyone know why the heck this is occuring , i've never gotten this before.......thank you...

Its my cell phone provider's website and i cant access it because of that error message , its the only website in which its occuring...

It's not a scam. The web server is malfunctioning and falsely detecting an attack.
