OS X Server consultants available in the Raleigh NC area?

I'm struggling to use OS X Server to run an information website for teachers. There are about 1700 registered users. It is limping along, but only after I downgraded to an earlier version (10.9) of the server because all of a sudden it started created a new Mac user every time I gave someone access to the website. The wiki capability quit working a long time ago. Is there anyone in the Raleigh area that is a Mac Server wizard that I could hire to get things moving smoothly again? beichner-at-apple's cloud-based email service
