That data is not stored on the iPhone or at least not in any user accessible mode. It would have been turned on at the factory likely the very day it was assembled, for QC testing. Then it would have been reset for shipment and sent out for retail sale. I doubt there is any way to know exactly what day it was first powered up, let alone what time of that day.

i think the store where i bought my iPHone (in georgia - country) scammed me becaue my iPhone 6 did "blow up" something happend to the cable and now i cant use SIM Card Reader WIFI Touch ID and also battery is messed up. + the back ground is black. the store says they wont give me new phone but the have to do it... and if i find that my phone turned on b4 i bought it i will request new 1

I guarantee you it was turned on before you bought it. All iPhones are turned on and function tested at the factory before shipment. So whenever the first power-up sequence was, it was definitely before it ever left China in the first place.

And regardless, if you are getting this replaced or repaired under warranty, you don't get to determine the replacement. Your warrant merely guarantees you a proper functioning replacement, not necessarily a brand new unit.

Doubtful that information can ever be found. Apple themselves would be the only ones to know it if they even kept records of such things which is unlikely. They turn it, to make sure everything works at a factory somewhere probably several weeks to months before you purchased it.

But again, what possible use can that information be to you?
