Q: iMessage not working with wifi

From the original post wifi works at college but no her wifi, show her the link as there are steps she can do to troubleshoot.

The first thing to try is a reset:  hold down the home & sleep buttons until the Apple logo appears.  There will be no loss of data on the phone.  Sometimes that clears a lot of these screwball problems.
