Hello,
I'm trying to help my friend and her problem is:
"My iMessage and FaceTime are not working with my home wifi connection, the wifi is working perfectly fine with all the other apps and safari. This morning at college with the wifi from there both worked well, so I think the problem is my wifi. Does anyone knows what to do ?"
Thank you a lot!

Mar 23, 2016 1:10 PM in response to GiPariseby javaliga,The first thing to try is a reset: hold down the home & sleep buttons until the Apple logo appears. There will be no loss of data on the phone. Sometimes that clears a lot of these screwball problems.
