Hii i found a new problem in my ipad , i just update my ipad ios 9.3 , there is a messege shows ,
"Could Not Activate ipad because the activation server is temporarily unavailable " I tryied many times but again and again
same messege shows whats the problem plzz help

There is a bit of a glitch going on with iOS 9.3, especially with older devices. If you have a computer you can try to restore your iPad to factory settings using iTunes, then get the data back up to the point of your most recent backup

It works for some, but not everyone. The issue does seem to be on Apple's end since there are so many people experiencing it. You may simply have to wait for Apple to fix things.
