My iPad has a black screen except when I connect to the computer than it show the picture of the plug and iTunes

That means the device is in Recovery Mode. You will have to restore the device using iTunes. If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

My iPad wont move from the black screen unless I plug it up and than it shows the picture of the cord to connect to itunes
