Updated my iPhone 6 Plus yesterday to latest iOS 9.3. Lost options for inactivity time before auto-lock kicks in - stuck (grayed out) at 30 sec. Can I regain the options for other kick in times - 1 min., 5 min., never, etc.?

I have a 5s and the option has completely disappeared after installing osi 11.0.2, I attempted the above but no success....any other ideas?
Go to Settings | Battery and turn off Low Power Mode. You should then be able to change the auto-lock time.
