Macbook pro Not charging

Just got it back from the service and discovered that my macbook is NOT charging. There is a dim light for the connector and on screen it also shows, that it's not charging, but is connected, but SLOWLY the battery is draining and there is nothing i can do. tried SMC rebooting and many other ways and so far nothing works. Maybe the battery is dying, but i have no idea. here are the specs:
