Mar 23, 2016 1:37 PM in response to Jonathan UKby Ayleighxo ,I Did all of this. It's for the App Store not itunes. It says some of my apps need updated like Facebook and Spotify. I click on it, it says to verify my billing. I did that, and it keeps saying payment method declined. I don't understand why.
