Does the warranty cover a broken remote?
The glass touch screen broke on my ATV remote. Is this covered for replacement or repair under the one year warranty?

No - manufacturing defect/button failure yes, but a cracked touch area is due to accidental/deliberate damage.
I've dropped my remote several times and am probably lucky it hasn't shattered - I'm not actually that keen on the remote.
