Q: Are in-app purchases available across all devices?

THe family iPad was set up in my name but is mainly used by my wife. She has bought quite a lot of in-app purchases. Can I set up family sharing and then assign the iPad to her and keep those in-app purchases?

In-app purchases aren't shareable through family sharing (What types of content can I share with Family Sharing? - Apple Support), they will only potentially show on her account (not all in-app purchases are redownloadable).
