Q: songs deleted from playlist. update and upgrade anything but, as usual

So, once again iTunes latest update has become more complex, convoluted (and as a result less/not user friendly) and has now deleted half the songs from my playlists. Now i get to waste time rebuilding them. This just makes a bad thing worse, since iTunes sync has been screwed up for a long time now. iTunes on computer in particular is basically unusable, and any playlist I create on phone will be wiped if I try to sync. Which is why I only create playlists on my phone and never sync with iTunes. Well now they have screwed that up too with their new "upgrade". Please stop fixing things Apple, because all you seem to do is break them. I don't know who does your software coding but they suck and I'm tired of having to put back together the pieces. iTunes used to be very user friendly and easy, one of the reasons I liked Apple so much. You have effectively wiped that from existence with your bloated and over complicated versions of iTunes. The ONLY reason I still have iTunes is because I refuse to use anything but an iPhone. iTunes is an abysmal failure. I'm sure there is some overly complex way that MIGHT (probably won't) fix this. I have no desire to waste my time fixing your problem. Thanks for ruining my day.
