I need Help to understand console log error, "com.apple.xpc.launchd". Audio glitch Motu Ultralite MK3 soundcard

Hi, I 'v been experiencing an audio glitch when I use my Motu Ultralite MK3 since I updated to El Capitan from Mountain Lion on my 2014 16gb macbook pro, It happens even when I am just listening music.

Everytime I hear this glitch I check the console log and I found this...

Please can anyone explain me what does it mean? or how could I fix it?
