Q: I recently updated my iPhone 5s to IOS 9.3, it reset my phone and now somehow the wrong apple id email is linked to that and I can't access my phone. HELP!!!

I updated my phone, and it brought me to that white 'Hello, Hola, Hallo, etc." screen. I did all that like I was setting up my phone for the first time. But when it got to the Apple ID verification screen, it was registered under the wrong email address, one that I'm sure doesn't even exist because i try to sign in with it, and it says that Google doesn't recognize the email. I try to sign up with it and it says that someone else already has the username. So now I'm stuck on a white verification screen that I can't bypass and I need it for school and everyday communications. HELP!!!
