ios 9.3 bug?

I Did the iOS 9.3 update on my iPad mini, now my iRig(ik multimedia) doesn't work properly with garageband or amplitube. Contacted ik customer service,their reply was:

"Thanks for your email.

Upon further investigation with our testing team, this appears to be a bug in iOS 9.1 and later.

This has been tested on other apps such as JamUp and Bias, along with hardware such as iRig HD, iRig Pro, Lexicon Omega (USB), Alesis iO Dock, and Focusrite Scarlett (USB).

We believe that the hiss is indirectly caused by memory warnings. This would explain why switching back and forth between panels in the app leads to the noise.

Our development team will be in contact with Apple for more information on this issue."

does anybody out there have any ideas? Remedy? Thanks for your time.
