Q: Apple watch, calories total way too high recently

Hi, something changed with my apple watch / activity app on iPhone recently.

Calories (total) had been tracking around 2,000-2500 consistently.  Starting Sunday 3/20/16 the total calorie count started going to 4,000+ daily.

Any ideas?  Curious if this is a known bug with the iOS 9.3 upgrade.

    Hi - try these steps:

    Check that you do not have a workout in progress, either via the built-in Workout app or a third-party app.

    Check that your personal information is accurate:

    - On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > Health > check and, if necessary, edit your birthdate, gender, height and weight.

    It may also help to reset your calibration data and calibrate your watch again:

    - On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > Privacy > Motion & Fitness > tap on Reset Calibration Data.

    It may also help to restart both your iPhone and your watch. Turn both devices off together, then restart your iPhone:

    - To turn your watch off: press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider; drag it to turn off;

    - To turn it on: press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
