Q: After recent update, my iphone 5s won't connect to the internet

It's connected to the Wifi that I am using on my laptop, and I also get LTE coverage at my house. However, the phone simply won't connect to anything. I've tried resetting and restarting everything multiple times, but to no avail.

I still get notifications from twitter, snapchat, espn, etc., but I can't connect to anything to actually look at it. None of this was a problem before I updated the latest software. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you also try to reset the network settings on your phone, or restart your router?
If you reset you network settings in Settings/General/Reset/Network settings you will have to fill in all the passwords again you have been using for your network connections.

Yes. I've reset everything on my phone. No matter where I am or what WiFi I am connected to, the phone simply won't work with any kind of internet.

Did you also try to disable LTE and the Wi-Fi Assist in Settings/Cellular?
Can you see more info if you tap next to your Wi-Fi network? Can you see the settings provided by your DHCP server/router?
