Unable to sync photos library with iDevices

I am unable to sync my Photos library through iTunes to any of my iDevices (iPhone 6S Plus / iPad Pro)

~VIN,MacBook Pro (15-inch Mid 2010), OS X El Capitan (10.11.4), null

Hi Wise AJ,

i understand that you are unable to sync your Photos to your iPhone and iPad. This article describes the steps for syncing your photos through iTunes:

The issue I believe lies with the new version of iTunes 12.3.3. Before updating I had the option of selecting the Photos app to sync from now it only lists the Pictures folder which houses no photos only the "Photos Library" which won't sync.
