Hello I need to know how to submit an in app payment

When you are in the app you wish to purchase something in (such as a game), you simply select what you want within the app and it will ask you if you want to purchase the item. Then you will enter your Apple ID password and authorize the purchase. If there are any additional payment details needed, it should ask them for you at that time. I hope that helps!
