Also check to make sure your Serial in Settings > General > About matches what iTunes shows when you plug the iPhone in to a computer. If any of these are mismatched and you purchased for Apple or an Authorized Reseller, contact Apple or the Reseller as this is an issue. If you purchased it for somewhere or someone else, it may be a frankenstein device or pieces that someone threw together and resold to you!
