    For your issue, this section seems most relevant:

    If you don't see your purchase
    Learn what to do if you don't see your purchase.
    If you can't find an in-app purchase or aren't sure that it was successful, you can check your purchase history.
    If you still don’t see an in-app purchase that you know was successful, contact the app developer.

    I had the same problem with certain games from Big Fish, fixed the problem by setting the iPad's clock to show 24 hour format, I don't know why this worked but it did.
