instagram not working after OS 9.3 update
After updating to OS 9.3 on my iphone 6s, Instagram will not work. I've restarted phone, re-installed app, but keep getting "unknown error occurred" when logging in.

- Find the app in the App Store.
- Tap the app, then tap Reviews.
- Underneath App Store Customer Reviews, tap App Support.
