I understand that you are unable to activate your iPhone and are stuck at the Activation Lock screen. I can help you out with that so you can use your iPhone again.
I would start with verifying that you are using the correct iCloud account associated with Activation Lock. If you have done that and it is still not getting passed this screen, go to iCloud.com and sign in with this account. From here you can turn off Activation Lock so you use your iPhone again.
