some of my clips on iMovie say missing camera? how can i fix this it wont let me upload my footage

i uploaded some footage from my sony a6000 onto my laptop then when i disconnected it and logged in to imovie it showed all the footage with a "?" and said missing camera and it wont let me upload it anywhere because the media is missing how can i fix this? help!!
