Mar 24, 2016 2:11 AM in response to noor.khaleelby King_Penguin,You are using the account id, and password, that was being used in Settings > iCloud on the iPad (trying your id, if that wasn't the account that was being used, won't work) ? The iPad shows in the Find My iPhone section of that account on http://www.icloud.com ?
If it's not accepting the id, and if you were the original purchaser of the iPad (i.e. it wasn’t bought used) then you could try going to an Apple Store (make a Genius Bar appointment if you do) or try contacting iTunes Support online (http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/) and see if they can remove the iPad from the account - they are likely to want to see proof of ownership before they might help e.g. original receipt with the serial number on it

Mar 24, 2016 3:12 AM in response to noor.khaleelby MichelPM,There is a known issue/glitch with Apple's activation servers.
Apple, I believe, has acknowledge and recognized this issue with activation server difficulties with certain iPad models and have stated that they are working on this issue and that it will be resolved as soon as possible.
Hopefully sooner.
