OOkay so I was just on my phone doing my thang and thwn I get a email from Apple saying I bought a item which I didn't, so I was like "uummmm." then I came here to see what to do and to help me.

It may be one of the many scam emails pretending to be from Apple, in an attempt to get you to log in somewhere and reveal your credentials. Does it fit the description in this document?
