Tried: reinstall OS
Still NO ETHERNET OPTION under Networks...
What can I do?

A few things to try:
- reset NVRAM (hold down Command-Option-P-R at startup and let the machine restart; release the keys after a few bongs)
- restart in Safe Mode, then restart normally
- In System Preferences->Network, click the + to add a new network service - do you see Ethernet as an option?

In what context do you see that? Have you connected a Thunderbolt Ethernet adapter, and if so, has it ever worked?

Your 2015 Macbook Pro doesn't have built in ethernet, you need to use a Thunderbolt to ethernet adapter like this http://www.apple.com/shop/product/MD463LL/A/thunderbolt-to-gigabit-ethernet-adap ter?fnode=8b
No thunderbolt adapter.
Then there is no Ethernet. That's normal.
So I trade my 2013 MacBook Pro for this new one, and the old USB-ETHERNET adapter won't work...
This is not about
"The security update in question is labeled “031-51913 Incompatible Kernel Extension Configuration Data 3.28.1” and it apparently blacklists the Broadcom BCM5701 driver.
If your Mac is affected, the Ethernet Cards sub-section under the Hardware heading in the System Information window (Apple menu → About This Mac → System Reportwill read “This computer does not appear to have any PCI Ethernet cards installed."
That update only had issues with mac's having ethernet. As stated your macbook does not have ethernet. You need to buy the adapter.

Mac arrived and I updated it two day ago, then I connected it to my ethernet/usb adapter and it did not work. So I googled and read about the issue.
I did not realize new models comes with no built-in ethernet card.

The Apple usb to ethernet adapter should work!
Do you have it connected when you try to add the network service?
You need a Thunderbolt Ethernet adapter. According to many reports, the USB adapter doesn't work on models that have a Thunderbolt port.
