Q: i did the new upgrade and i cant acces my ipod

hi

i did the newest ipod upgrade and now it sais to put my apple ID and my passeword but when i do so it sais that my id cant acces my ipod

Have you purchased second hand device or you are the original owner of this device?

Some other users have reported the same problem and I have not seen a solution.
