Maps will not open at all after 9.3 Update. Anyone else having this issue?

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3, Maps Issue after latest update.

No, not at all. Maps are working fine.

Try a forced restart: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the restart.

Also, make sure Maps is set to use cellular data (Settings app > Cellular > Maps [turn ON if it isn't already]. And that location services is turned on for it (Settings App > Privacy > Location Services)

I have tried all of the above. Reboot, checked settings, all is as it should be, but still no luck. I click on the app and it starts to open then shuts off. I then double click the home button and see it open in the background, click on the screen to access the app and it shuts down again. It is open in the background, but will not let me use it. I had just used the app the evening before and had no issues with it. So I cannot figure this one out. I just moved to a new state, so this is an app that I use quite frequently. This is very inconvenient for me. Any other suggestions??

You might try restoring the device: Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup - Apple Support
