I am on hold to Apple Support.

Not really appropriate. Is there any way to prevent explicit music playing on hold to Apple Support please.

You really need to sort out your priorities.
Personally, I'll take the "F" word playing in one song while on hold with Apple, rather than listening to the awful elevator music that almost every other company's hold music consists of, all the while they play a pre-recorded message saying, "Your call is 'important' to us..." (ahem, Samsung).
Actually I agree with you. It wouldn't upset me, but I know the use of strong language upsets many people - and any material in iTunes containing it has to be flagged as 'Explicit' as a warning. It's also automatically censored in these forums. So playing this sort of music on hold is a bad decision. You could mention it if (or next time) you get through to them, or try writing to them at

You see the problem is when you work for a company in a primary school which is phoning Apple Support, and the staff and children can hear this hold music blaring out from the phone while waiting on hold. But from the reply, you sound very much like a person who would teach young children the "F" word and not really care.
