When i turn on my ipod nano it says "www.apple.com/support/ipod"

As I said in the subject line it wont turn on....

It says www.apple.com/support/ipod and then the screen turns off again !! I have already tried to reset but it won't help either !!

Plzzz help me with my problem !.

Same thing happened to me but all is now resolved. I went to the address it says and downloaded the latest software (look for the link in the screen u get 2)- even though i already had it!! Restarted the computer - started itunes and plugged in the ipod - reset the ipod by flicking hold on and then off, hold down centre button and menu together for about 6 seconds until the apple appears - and then it got recognized. all is now well - it transfered all my music across and seems to e working fine now - is charging itself up. Hope this helps.
