Q: Locked out of phone

I updated me phone and now it won't take Apple ID even though it is correct and been double checked on my account is saying, my ID can't be used to unlock this phone. Now what do I do?

As you can probably tell - you have run into the Activation lock

Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support

If you are the original owner of the phone - bring it along with the purchase receipt and proof of Identity to an Apple / authorized center

If you purchased the phone second hand - contact the prior owner and request them to remove the lock

Thanks, but I was given this work through my old employer and have not worked there in 1 1/2 years and thought we had solved this problem a few months back. I'll have to go into an Apple Store I guess to get it figured out. Thanks!!
