I need some help with my Mac. I have a early 2009 24 inch iMac and its starting to give me trouble. Sorry but i am change back to a pc. I would like to keep the iMac at a monitor. IT there anyway to use my iMac as a Monitor for a PC.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but the answer is no. What you are attempting to do is called Target Display Mode, Apple is extremely clear in Use your iMac as a display with Target Display Mode - Apple Support exactly which iMacs support TDM.
There is a one Wi-Fi based solution, however the performance is so poor it isn't even worth mentioning.
