El Capitan 10.11.4 Update

Will this El Capitan update erase the serial number in the computers ROM as the previous did?

Is it tested that the web cam will still work after the update, or it will not be recognized as in the previous?

I´d appreciate feedback from someone that has installed and tested this update.
