Q: hi there i am currently on hold with your technical support but have been on hold for 42 min then was disconected and now i am currently on hold agian this time its been 18 min already anything u can do to help me PLEASE!

ADDED A PASSCODE TO MY PHONE YESTERDAY AND CAN NOT ACCESS IT NOW, NOW IT SAYS DISABLED!!!

You are not addressing Apple here. This is a user to user support forum. If your device is disabled, then follow the instructions in this support document to remove the passcode and to recover the disabled device. If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
