UUpdated iPhone 6 to the latest 9.3 restar phone and some of my apps try to open and that's it, have to close and try again or switch phone of and back on. Works first time on opening app, second time you try to open it will not work!!!!. All since updating to 9.3.
I am forget my id and try many time and faild my alternative e-mail is *************.com

I put apple id and password correct.
Me gives me error Can not Be Used to unlock this iphone

Seems like Apple has temporary troubles with their activation servers. Lots of users report this issue. If you are the original owner and you are sure it is correct id take your device and documents confirming the ownership to the Apple Store or contact Apple.
