Q: iOS 9.3 cannot connect to internet cannot reset phone

Mar 28, 2016 6:36 AMby Logan N.,I have had the EXACT same issue! I have spent a lot of time on the phone with Apple support and they have so far been unable to help. I do not think it is the activation bug that everyone else is talking about, because these same issues you describe are happening with my iPhone 6.

Mar 28, 2016 9:57 AMby TheSouthernBoys,So, in my situation it ended up being a conflict with a VPN setting. General, settings, VPN. There was an old app called disconnect inc. that was causing the VPN to turn on and off attempting to connect I turned the setting off and deleted the profile and my phone immediately connected to LTE and wifi. This worked for me and I sent the information to into Apple tech support.
I restored the phone using the cloud once the Internet was back up and now my phone is 100% functional.
