DVDSP question - how do I find out what .txt subtitle file it's using ?

ok, so there is no DVDSP forum anymore. However, undeterred by that, I thought it still worth a try to pose the question:

I have an old DVDSP project in which there is a subtitle track.

However, I forget what subtitle.txt file I imported to fill that track.

Is there a way I can find out what subtitle.txt file DVDSP is using on that subtitle track?

(It does not show up in the assets view)
