adobe flash will not run on el capitan
i have downloaded and installed flash, but it will not run
macbook, Mac OS X (10.6.2)
Safari > Preferences > Security > Allow plug-ins:
Enable the option.

thank you. I had forgotten this plug in enabling
I am having this issue with pandora not recognizing flash. was having the same problem with spotify, but a restart seems to have fixed it. the answer to "allow plugins" not applicable to me as they are already enabled.
