iPhone 6 won't connect to Wifi on my jobs network

I was using too much data on my iPhone 6 at work, so I decided to bring my router (Microsoft MN-700) from home so I could have wifi. I connected the router to my job's network and the wifi works perfect on my computer, but it will not work on my iPhone 6. It says the wifi is connected, but when I use the internet or an app it does not work. I turned my phone off turned it back on, did a hard reset, reset my Network Settings, tried using a different DNS, and nothing worked. I'm thinking it has something to do with my job's network privacy settings or firewall. Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3

What did your IT person say when you asked them about this?

Any company IT worth their pay would have restrictions in place to keep employees from doing exactly what you're doing. Your employer pays for the data, even if you bring your own router from home. Frankly, I'm surprised your router is working on your PC, either. A better solution would be to contact your IT department to see if they will give you the log in information to connect to the company's Wi-Fi. If they're unwilling to do that, I doubt they would help you set up your router, but you can ask. Otherwise, keep your router home and find ways to manage your data usage
