Q: I cannot sync my ipad or iPhone, since updating to ver. 12.3.3.17, it will reconize the iPad but thinks it's a new one...Help

Since updating itunes to the newest version, I cannot sync my ipad or iphon, it treats both as new equipment. There is no other option!

iPad Air, iOS 9.3, itunes ver. 12.3.3.17 Newest vers

Try restarting the AMDS >  Restart the Apple Mobile Device Service (AMDS) on Windows
