Mar 24, 2016 10:57 PM in response to matheneyfmby jalltheway757,Try this, plug in and try charging ipad for 5 mins. if nothing leave plugged in and try turning it on. If this works wait until you see the home screen then start itunes on computer. I hope you have backed up ipad. Once iTunes has started up plug ipad into the computer, Next, hold down the home button and power button until you see the iTunes logo and cord logo on ipad screen. This may take a min or 2. Once you see this iTunes will tell you that the iOS needs to update and this may fix the problem by restoring iOS back to 9.2
