After upgrades to IOS 9.3 and I could not be able to login on the phone and I test my apple ID user name and password on Icloud.com and I successfully login and also I make sure that my device is listed as active phone but still unable to login? Any more

if you see the device listed on iCloud.com then you should be able to remove from account as described. Most of the time this happens because the user has edited their primary apple id e-mail address without first signing out of iCloud on their device(s).

its not a second hand phone and i have erased it from "find my iphone" through the icloud.
i don't have an apple store in my country so i am in trouble now... i hope apple will fix this bug soon
